To put it simply, employees that engage in acts of workplace revenge are our favorite kind of employees. More or less, they’re our heroes. Well, as long as there’s no violence involved and we’re, of course, not the boss who’s receiving the dish that’s best served cold. Sure, some people consider workplace revenge as career suicide, but we like to look at it more as a ‘last laugh’ sort of thing. An eye for an eye, right?
